I offer healing, strength based psychotherapy to people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety and depression. Oftentimes this may be the result of child abuse, bullying, sexual trauma, illness, death, domestic violence , natural disasters or everyday life challenges.
Therapy is a safe place to explore life’s challenges and obstacles while creating better coping styles, improving relationships, symptom relief, and problem solving. Using one’s internal resources to allow new insights and perceptions will give freedom and courage to grow.
I value the mind body connection and am trained in evidenced based psychotherapies using Hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) , Solution focused therapy and Mindfulness.
